All prices quoted are GST inclusive where GST is applicable. It is a policy of the RDGC that event organisers are not permitted to provide their own alcoholic drinks for events unless the RDGC executive gives prior approval.
All Players and visitors must adhere to a respectable code of conduct at all times.
The minimum number of players required for a full shotgun start (course closure) is 36 players.
The minimum number of players required for the clubhouse and bar to be opened outside of normal trading hours is 20 players.
Groups with less than 20 players may organise their own groups, collect and place green fees in the honour box located outside the clubhouse.
The RDGC policy requires all players to be neatly dressed including:
– Collared shirt slacks or shorts.
– Sports shoes and socks.
– Thongs sandals work boots not permitted.
It is the responsibility of the organiser to advise all players of the above regulations. Failure to meet our Dress Regulations could result in your players not being able to play golf on the day.
Care of the course
All players are to carry and use a sand bucket to repair divots and pitch marks on the green.
Beverage packages at special pricing can be arranged for your event. The club bar manager would be pleased to assist with more details. Packages apply to on-course consumption during event only.
Clubhouse and surrounds
The clubhouse area is required to be left in a clean and tidy condition with all containers and other rubbish to be placed in the bins provided. If the barbecue is used, it must be cleaned and the gas turned off at the main gas cylinder.
